We had some leak in the connecting part of two gutters, so a relatively straightforward problem. We were impressed with how quickly Johnny was able to respond. We were offered two options after sending over some pictures. We went for the cheaper repair option, but unfortunately the status of the original parts must have deteriorated so much that repair didn't work. Johnny was helpful and visited again quickly, and replace the connector, which resolved the issue. He didn't charge the call out fee for the second visit either, so we ended up paying a similar price as what was quoted for a direct replacement in the first place.
